Create a New Graphic Element / Customize the Selected Graphic Element

Graphic elements include buttons, headers, icons, and more. You can create new graphics or customize existing ones.

To create a new graphic element or customize an existing one:

  1. Enter information into these fields. Required fields are identified with an *.
  2. Select Submit Changes to save the information you entered or Select Reset All Fields to reset the information to the last saved version.

To delete a graphic element:

Field Descriptions

Required Field Description
* Graphic Element Name Enter a unique, descriptive name identifying the graphic. While capital letters and underscores are allowed, spaces are not permitted.The name you enter here is displayed in the pull-down list box for customizing a graphic.
* Image URL Enter the URL for the graphic. You can enter the full URL with the http:// if the graphic is not on your webserver, or enter the relative URL if the graphic is on your server.
  Description Enter a brief description of the image.
  Comments Enter notes or a more detail description about the graphic.
  Image Width in pixels Enter the width of the image.
  Image Height in pixels Enter the height of the image.
  Highlighted Image URL Enter the location of the graphic that is replacing the original graphic when moving the mouse over the graphic.
  Alternative Text Enter the text to display while graphic is loading or if graphics are turned off.
  Status Bar Text Enter the text to display on the status bar at the bottom left of the screen while moving mouse over the graphic. To display no border, enter 0.
  Image Align Select how you would like the image aligned next to the text on the same line.
  Image Border in pixels Enter the width of the border displayed on the graphic. To display no border, enter 0.
  Vertical Spacing in pixels Enter the amount of space that will appear both above and below a graphic.
  Horizontal Spacing in pixels Enter the amount of space that will appear to both the left and right of the graphics.
